dotsPatriots of the Earth “ ONE ” dots

    It’s so clear to me
    So very clear

Is it clear to you, to ?

I see the faces, global faces
    By this, their, our, humanity

    Standing as one
    “ ONE ”
    In all our diversity

    All our feet
    Connect to the Earth

    It is so apparent
    To me
    So meaningful
    So profound

Is it the same for you ?

This feeling, gives way in my heart
    I could not contain
    Every ounce of its importance
    As it longs and aches
    To touch
    All of you

    To walk amongst you
In the streets and cities of my home
    My planet
    My family
    And spend my time
    With all my friends
    If I could
With each and every one of you

    Never again to be torn
    But enhanced by culture
Or separated by country or borders
    And unite with philosophy

To be as children, once again
    Making friends
No matter what the race, the creed, the colour or religion
    Just simply playing
The differences are, who we were meant to be

If I could smash every barrier
    Every petty ideology
    Which separates us
If I could tear down, this false monolith
    We call the state
    Burn every flag
And turn us all into patriots
    Patriots of the Earth

    It beats at my heart
    It hammers in my head
For the eyes of world to see
    If just for one moment
The way we were meant to be

    The power of that moment
And the love it would imbue
Would turn each and every stranger

It’s so very clear to me

    It’s so clear to me
    So very clear

Is it clear to you, to ?

I see the faces, global faces
    By this, their, our, humanity

    Standing as one
    In all our diversity
    And always will be

    “ ONE ”

    All our feet
    Connect to the Earth
