Smile like a joker in front of all,
I smile with a tear in my eyes before I cry.
Pathetic little me walking on the ground,
As I laugh at myself with a smile, with a frown.

Help, and I am with myself with no one around,
but people...they just walked pass by.
I am alive I scream at all,
    Does someone listen to me,
    No...they don't,
They see me with a blind fold, I see them...I see.

Hold me in your arms, give me life I ask,
Yes I am here ...I hear myself
It's quiet now ...I say to myself,
Shall I live ...I ask myself.

silence......is all that I hear for now...

This is a nice poem about I believe the frustration of being alone. We all feel this at a time in our lives. When no one seems to understand and dig in and help. I think it is nicely written. I read it a few times and gather that the narrator is being ignored which spell out how cold heart people an be. Nicely communicated.
