    dotsbaby that's what i dodots

You need me more than anything,
    I thought I needed you.
But I moved on like with the rest,
    baby that's what I do.

I'm sick of all the lies and fear,
I'm done with all the hate,
you're a bad lover but a great friend,
it's time to clean the slate.

I'm starting life with someone new,
I know that makes you glad,
you're happy here with someone else
    and I'm done being sad.

I like this a lot. As with the last poster, I love the cool tone of detachment. You're done and it's obvious, no emotional strings attached in this. Your meaning is clear cut and the wording emphasizes that.

I usually prefer symbolism and multiple interpretations, but something about this one just resonates.
    Well Done.

You knocked the nail in with this.I identify with the cool of the whole: "I'm done with you and go find another guy, screw him over and see where it gets you."
Because of my personal relationship which involves deep jealousy and I'm done.

The first stanza deals with your disappointment, her first [censored] up I suppose?

    "I thought I needed you
But I moved on like the rest,"

The second stanza is the backlashing dagger.
The type of thing a man could use her lipstick to write on her mirror.FAV.
Very friggin short but I enjoyed every second.Nice.Good luck with your new relationship.

It means a lot to them, as it does to you.
