What need have I of extra care?
For I am beautiful
and know it to be true.
But she, she who stands rigid before the storm,
refusing to bend
because she would be thought weak,
she needs your attention.
Help her to bend;
help her to see the power in bending;
give her the strength of your love
that allows her to bend
and rise
again.

  I wonder how many people will get a message out of this? Perhaps it is necessary to be able to love yourself before you can manage to share it with others, but then I hear there are those who love only themselves so it must be very complex. Also in a storm it is the palm tree which bends while the mighty oak falls.
