    -------------------------------------------

    I wish to be nocturnal
Not missing a moment in my life
Wanting nothing more than to constantly be awake
    Alert
    Ready for it all
Waiting to see the next turn of events
Hoping for the best yet knowing the reality all too well
I know this world is rootless and harsh
Nevertheless I can't help but to think...
To let go just enough to believe
    For once things have changed
I wish for nothing more than to be constantly moving
Constantly studying for these classes I desperately want to ace!
To fast forward these years of College
Be the person I long to be...
As I step further away from the person I am..

VERY GOOD, yet you might consider just enjoying the day you have, for tomorrow is just around the bend, one you have tet to travel. Today is the now, tomorrow is yet to come, yesterday has gone, to be cherished of it's fond memories and remembered for it's mistakesa.

I like it for random thoughts and i think that it would make a good poem if you changed some wording.

To be alert and awake for everything, no thank you for me. I like to be oblivious to some things.

    Good luck with College!

yes i can agree with both of these guys.... the need and pull to "jump" ahead and get past the dragging moments.. but with life come lessons, and should you choose to leap, you will learn that there are the moments in the in-between that make or break you, cause you to become what you are trying to be... so slow down love, life was meant to be lived... and no one should rush through it, because it only ends one way... you really don't rush to the end.... enjoy your journey

I can strongly agree. The phase of guff wanting and longing to be left behind makes you want, need, wish, thirst, plan and prepare to embark on the journey of the beautiful person with a high and big achievement of any sort of success that you have dreamed of for so many nights, all the days of waking up feeling like nothing or having wide uncertainty you convince yourself that this promise land has to be landed on.

Time for change so dramatic it'll benefit you saying the greatest goodbye to badness that can get you low.We know that is a high on life type of feeling. It is a top aim for most people, such as myself and so I can relate.

You have endured so much that there is no doubt you will get there for sure. After all of the agony, you deserve it.

As of all the good things that are upcoming and you wanting to be awake to see it all and not miss a single beat or moment of impact and graceful memory keepsake.I suggest you capture and cherish all the happy moments to overpower the bad ones and take pictures bc years go away and photos never do.I can see you are coming of age too, just ahead of me though lol.
