There is a cottage by the sea
where a young man lives alone

    The height of his morning
    accomponied by a solitary yawn
    breaking into,
    a sip
    of coffee
made the night before by the late Mrs. Keurig
    what a honey

and he will take a walk today
savoring the sounds of the sea
sharing his delight with no one
    and feeling no need

    his spirit is full
    cup never half empty
he has found reason in his blessings

    a good sign to believe

Peaceful waves chop at the pebbles on the beach
    he snaps a picture
    for his own enjoyment
    and no one else

    never saw anyone so content
never saw someone sleep so well

    Incredibly Incredibly blessed
The captain of his most wonderful ship

I realy liked readling this. It actualy made me feel peaceful with the imagery.

Yet I am confused how a young man can happily live alone and a dead woman can make coffee for said young man.

Not that details like that are important to art or poetry. The confusion I felt made me think that the young man killed his wife the night before, thus feeling very blessed and happy to be rid of her.... lolz... I dont know.

    Very nice write!

Buddha? I love how peaceful this made me feel. I've heard good things about Keurig brewers - haven't tried it though. Good things about their K-Cups too. This is a great picture of someone fully content - enlightenment, happiness, peace, the only sad thing is no love :( You should've talked about him and his lover together or something :P. But I guess the late Mrs. Keurig could be his love - making coffee for him from beyond death. A sign of the love they shared. Very enjoyable.
