In this reality, that is a joke And the kids that are selling coke Who didn't dare to even dream And their life is wasting at the seam When the adults do nothing but condeem Young mamas on the corner Day in, day out - dawn to dusk Young mamas on the poles Like another pussycat doll After being pushed into a role It's the cocain that's making them fall And their guy is behind bars from another brawl All the pressure that loudly calls And the silence behind these walls When another demon plays buddy After the fight turned all bloody Forget the disappointment That is caused when you vent Forget the times you struck your mama And wished your daddy be dead With all that was said, you decided to fled This is your reality. Not his or hers. yours And you are still tripping on the shrooms With your anger being the fumes With the room still spinning And doing nothing but sinning With this being the beginning If someone had only said And now I'm the one treading Dream and become better than you are You will end up going far And the one on the coke, whose the joke And the one that disappoint, who does nothing but vent They will go far... You will see one day Yet have no say
