    -------------------------------------------

the moon spoke frankly through the first reflection of the month and favored the light as he went down and drowned his face in his one sided perspective

a quick call said ground and sturdy wood
    foundations of
    stocky bridged lovers
    oh how
    would
    this earth
    be grounded
in the midst of a sea of night and stars
    gas's of distance
    grotesque
burlap sacks are hanging in the closet of my under armour
wondering if these tools are too heavy
my belt hangs at my hips hoping to sway as I walk
the distance is measured by steps
taking them one at a time
    slowly
    watching each print
even thin dust plastered to the surface of self
    is
    mesmerized by gravity

Your excellent imagery appeals to me because I am visual in my own mind as when I concentrate on a room for example, it is as though I can see it. I don't find an overall theme but I have a sense of element and struggle. I like being grabbed by the gut. Thanks. - Jim
