dotsQuestions From A Free-Willed Man By Lukas Baezadots
    -------------------------------------------

Does any adult have the right to punish any adult for victimless crimes?
Is it not in the hands of the victims or victims loved ones to make justice?
Shouldn't the third party be invited?
If we are innocent before proven guilty then why are we arrested & jailed before appearing in court?
Does this not make us guilty until proven innocent?
Could police investigate, record cunclusions, report to superiors & issue court dates?
Necessary evidence should be taken, should arrests be made on the spot?
There is a certain difference between being caught red handed & being told on.
How could there possibly be victimless crimes that do not: Negatively affect or threaten the safety of any one person or a group of persons, pose threats, disrupt order, or wander from regulation?
I am a 19 year old housed in Riley County Jail in Manhattan, Kansas with a 40+ year oldthat is jailed for attempted murder (He slit a mans throat and stabbed anothers hand. The one narrowly survived).
How Just is the Justice system?
These are the questions of a free-willed man of which I am certain will go unanswered. In 1783 The wife of John Adams (founding father of the United States), Abigale Adams wrote to her son John Quincy: "What is the history of mighty kingdoms and nations, but a detail of the ravages and cruelties of the powerful over the weak?"
