    -------------------------------------------

I wonder if I'll ever be that person I ache to be
I lay in bed and dream of the day
I imagine what it may feel like when the realization dawned on me
I picture the moment I come to truly believe that I am that person,
Whom I have placed high on a pedestal, within my mind..

I worked hard yesterday to make it to today,
I will continue to tread these heavy waters onward to tomorrow
    I consistently fight ...

    Fighting for everything..
    Yet nothing at all..

So many times we can be so caught up on waiting for that big "moment" or "feeling" to "happen" when it is already there just waiting on us to let go of what is keeping us held back...

I like it. So relatable. Personally, I'd leave off that last stanza. Or strengthen it. Feels a tad cliché (forgive me... i know we all HATE that word). Just beef it up and turn the phrase perhaps more uniquely. Otherwist kudos!
