    dotsEternal Fires From Burnt Coaldots
    -------------------------------------------

    I close my tired eyes,
    Iím in paradise.
    A vibrant, scenic twilight.
    Filled with colorful scattered light,
    Delicately finger painted by,
    Peaceful ancestors in the sky.
    Gorgeous pinks and sparkling blues,
All different shades and lustrous hues.
The golden sunset rays and beams,
Shine through the smooth, cloudy streams,
The boat creaking gently down the river,
    Inviting warmth, banishing all shivers,
The sweet swamp air, heats the soul
Sparking eternal fires from burnt coal.
    Thereís a waterfall somewhere away,
Adds soft waves to the sandy bay,
Lovely crickets, letís hear your song!
It chases silence all night long.
    It soothes the speedy thoughts,
Of all the battles Iíve fought.
    Itís time to drift away,
Forget the real world, Iím here to stay.

Beautiful imagery, as always! The rhythm seems cheerful at some points and somber at others, I don't know is it just me? Anyways, great write!
