    Chapter I: Salvation or Damnation
    { The chapter entails the struggle of humanity with in itself only to be humiliated by the one true force that governs all. Death. Mid one of the lively ambassadors speech, Vexic drains the life of the man in front of the assembly in dramatic fashion. Upon revealing himself as well as the scope of existence and reality, he gives them a decree, surrender your lives or suffer them being taken. A few of the worlds ambassadors deliver proud retorts only to have the lot of the fall the same fate as the first. Vexic leaves the media and translators alive to tell the world, upon exiting the building he gives only final statement. "Salvation or damnation..." }
Opening: United Nations Building New York City, New York. July 15th 2031
Page I: Full page view of the building with the city in the background and skyline. Nice sunny day, everything appears to be normal. Birds flying, flags flapping in the wind. Caption box top left of the frame, United Nations - New York City, New York.
Quote "Each time a person stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others,
or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope,
and crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring,
these ripples build a current that can sweep down the mightiest walls
    of oppression and resistance."
    ~ Robert Kennedy ~
This should be scripted in white ink like blood in the bottom left of the splash page.
Page II: The reader is thrown mid way into a speech. Ambassador Yuryev of Russia speaks. Military like man, early 40's, black hair and commanding blue eyes. Hansom features, with a broad scar on the left side of his chin. Thin facial hair. The death of the ambassador via an unknown shadowy force like man. This page is building that intensity of life, the struggle of people verses oppressors only to fall to death itself.
Frame I: Ambassador Yuryev speaking. Close up on his head and shoulders. His eyes staring forward, mid speaking. "The tragedy of our past built the strength of our future. Never again will we fall under another boot-heel. Never again will we bow to another oppressor, may it be at home or a distant shore.
Frame II: Ambassador Yuryev speaking. Close up of his head and shoulders from his profile. Glancing down slightly, hunching a little more. Sweat beads up on his forehead as he pauses to collect his thoughts.
Frame III: Ambassador Yuryev speaking. Close up of his head and shoulders from his profile. Looking forward again. " We have complied with international standards and laws. Our nations weaponry has been depleted to a bare minimum. To ask further disarmament is to weaken the integrity of those who died in Russia's name. Never again."
Frame IV: Ambassador Yuryev speaking. The frame pans out slightly to see his upper body and full length of his arms. The larger desk where highest members sit can be seen above and behind him. With his arms spread he goes to speak but nothing comes out. With his arms extended outwards it gives him almost a heavenly sight. The light above shining down.
V: Ambassador Yuryev paused. The frame is same scope as previous. His arms moving towards his throat as he panics unable to breathe. A black smoke lightly pours from his mouth and can be seen in a haze behind him on the stage. The chairmen behind the ambassador all stand in panic. Looking down in shock to see what is going on.
VI: Ambassador Yuryev falls to his knees, mouth agape and black smoke pouring from it. A shadowy figure can be seen behind the kneeling ambassador. Both hands upon the dying mans head, color slowly fading from the skin around the face where the shadowy being is holding him. The frame is vertically larger, just showing the kneeling man and his attacker. Same frame size as previous.
VII: Ambassador Yuryev dying. Color has faded from his body leaving his skin an ashen gray color. The being behind him takes more definition, forming what looks to be the shape of a man. Details are still hazy. Same frame size as previous
VIII: Ambassador Yuryev is dead. The ambassadors body has been pushed forward and slowly is crumbling away like ash itself, smoke still pouring from the cracks in his body and skin. The man behind him takes true form. His body is strong like the former ambassador. His body seems to be draped in a military like overcoat, black on black on black. The details over his hands and face are still lost in a haze of black smoke.
Page III: Ambassador Yuryev is dead and standing in his place is a writhing mass of smoke and darkness. This darkness has taken form of a man, yet the face of the being comes into detail as an epitome of a man. His features are perfection. The horror of death takes form to that of a man, giving a tangible feeling to the balance of life.
Frame I II & III: A sequence of the shadowy mans hands coming to creation. Frame one is an open hand bare like bone. Smoke pouring around his grasp. Frame two entails the flesh of the hand coming to be, still the smoke pouring around his grasp, yet weaker than before. Frame three is his hand clenched closed in a fist, black leather like substance wrapping itself around his hand, forming gloves.
Frame: IV: The frame is centered to almost a full page with frames 1,2 & 3 and 5,6 & 7 appearing along the top and bottom respectively. This shows the man standing where the ambassador once stood behind the podium. His broad shoulders and military like stance comes of domineering and dictator like. His cold blue eyes are narrowed in disgust at what he sees. His powerful hands gripping the sides of the podium as his body is slightly slouched over as if awaiting to speak.
Frame: V VI & VII: A sequence of the color coming to the shadowy mans eyes. Frame one starts out as a close up of his closed eye. Frame two has his eye partway open, no color can be seen, nothing but black white and gray. Frame three has his eye wide open and blue flooding up from the bottom of the iris. A vivd display of color coming into creation.
Page IV: The shadowy man reveals his name to be Vexic. The ambassadors break out in a fervor, some trying to escape, most standing and demanding that Vexic surrender himself for the crime he committed. Vexic mockingly sets out and begins to deliver his speech and decree. An emotional exchange between the order of life verses the order of death.
Frame I: The shadowy man speaks softly in Russian out to the ambassadors. "Would you like me to finish his speech?" A twisted grin painted upon his face and corresponding laughter bellows not from his mouth but his mind, echoing through out the massive room. The frame is more vertical, showing a back profile view of his body, peering off from behind. Cutting off at his knees, showing the seated ambassadors in the higher sections of the assembly vaguely. Smoke pouring from his mouth.
"Hahahahahahahaha" Painted through out the frame, as if echoing from everywhere.
Frame II: The American ambassador stands and points towards the shadowy man, shouting at him. The man is older, perhaps mid 60's. Balding slightly, glasses, yet a strong chin. " Stand down."
Other languages and demands are being shouted out in German "What horror have you committed." Chinese "Explain yourself." and Italian "Oh my God." The frame is a wider shot in comparison. It embodies the scope of ambassadors in the front. The fervor is shown through some retreating and others rushing forward.
Frame III: The shadowy man spreads his arms and dark pulse echoes outwards and a loud crack echoes through the room, silencing everyone at once. Much the same as the previous frame, the scope of the frame shows the ambassadors all standing at the foot of the stage in silence and the shadowy man looking upwards with his arms spread. Like the frame with Ambassador Yuryev's arms displayed heavenly, the shadowy man looks almost demonic.
Frame IV: The shadowy man lurches forward once again, facing forward in the frame he begins to speak. His narrowing eyes glaring downwards towards the ambassadors. "I can sense your fear... Those hungry little thoughts screaming inside to know what if... I assure you I am not your God, but I am to be taken with a much higher severity... I am Vexic." In another vertical panel, Vexic is depicted facing forward from behind the podium.
Frame V: Vexic continues his speech. "I walk worlds... Eternities has come to pass and I still roam, scouring the multiverse for every trace of life. I am the great consumer, the order of time and existence. This burden you possess is the raw chaos of existence, and I am here to collect it and bring back balance to what once was..." Another vertical panel, same position, yet Vexic turns slightly towards the left, stiffening his posture.
Frame VI: Vexic continues to speak. "...and now I am here... The end to this all is coming, the only options you have as humanity is: Salvation or Damnation... Surrender to me, open your minds to me and all shall be peaceful for you... Resist and suffer your damnation when I ravage your world..." Vexic looks downwards slightly, darkness masking most of the features of his face. His blue evil eyes piercing forward as he grins wickedly. Another vertical pannel much the same as the previous two.
Page V: Vexic ends his speech with the vicious murder of all the ambassadors leaving only the stunned and scared media and translators. Staring down at the cameras for a moment he ends his display with a final word before vanishing. An absolute command of emotion is dealt, does one take the easy road and give up or fight what seems to be an inevitable death.
Frame I: Vexic steps away from the podium and stands before the on looking crowd of ambassadors. His hands slowly rise towards his chest. Smoke pouring from his grasp. This frame is a long horizontal panel. The stage is set to where Vexic stands before the on looking crowd. Full body shot of him and only the mid sections of the standing ambassadors below him.
Frame II: Vexic's open hands reach mid way up by his chest and smoke pours from the mouths of all the ambassadors towards his wanting grasp. Screams of panic roar out from the media and translators as they watch in horror. This frame is another long horizontal panel, same scale as the previous frame.
Frame III: Vexic clenches his hands closed as the ambassadors crumble away into smoldering ashen remains. Vexic consumes all of their lives, gaining insight into every single country present. This is another long horizontal panel like the previous, same in scale and action.
Frame IV: Vexic closes his eyes and adjusts the collar of his overcoat and looks to regain composure. The frame is a vertical frame, centered waist up.
Frame V: Vexic is seen walking away as if moving off stage. A smoke trail following him, almost wraith like. This frame is a slightly horizontal frame. Showing his full body.
Frame VI: Vexic turns towards the horrified people and whispers out one last phrase that echoes into their minds. "Salvation or Damnation..." and his body is partly vanishing away like smoke. The frame is a vertical close up of his face and neck.
