    All I have are words,
    but they're the same words.

    I've used them before,
    with no less meaning

but to utter them over again, arrange them; manage them, they're diminished, exhausted; used

I've come to realize that the impact
    of my words and devotion, rely on you;

    on your acceptance
Can you? More important, will you?

    Truthfulness can't be dressed up,
    it's just what it is.

    Shouldn't that be enough,
    I thought

    They were meant to bind,
    to bridge and conclude.

    Unless you hear them
    they're just words.

I think I get a different meaning from this than Paradox.
Could you correct me if I'm wrong but I feel like this is the desperation of somebody needing a certain person to hear what they say.
I assume the words, the "same words" would be something along the lines of I love you.

That the words are meaningless in any other way than this person hearing them or even listening to them because they don't want to listen.
But if they are heard they should make everything right again.

    Something like that

Either way, this meant something to me and I will be thinking about it in the future.
I believe that should be the essence of a poem and you have it right there for me.

    Thank you for sharing

Well poetry is not just about words it's how you use them. Words are like a painters colors, the art lies in how he mixes them and what he paints with them...
