    -------------------------------------------

    Have you ever had
    Recurring days
    That never seem to end
    Or thoughts and memories
    That rush you once again
    When you least expect them
    Like sudden rain.

    Miserable living a life
    of self inflicted agony
    You would ask yourself
    Is life worth it?
Or is this just a case of
    Depression and so much tyranny.

If you ever asked me that
    With no second guessing
I would tell you live life
As much and how you can
    Because just waking up
    Is a blessing.

I really like it. Although I have a slightly different view on this subject I appreciate the simplicity and cohesion found in this little poem. Good work!
