    I have no poetry
    since you captivated me.
    Only resting in my heart.
    All my words have fallen
    silent before you.
    The river of inspiration
    flows no longer
    out of my finger tips.
    Instead it overruns
this empty cup and satisfies my thirst
    without touching my lips.

    How sweet THIS wine.
    How refreshing THIS water.
    How valuable
    these wordless conversations!
    Inside each other
    one of us
    finds every need met
    by the other.
What can I do but thank you.

Wow! This piece was awesome and showed the effect of words and thoughts and how they can cause our lives to turn.

Very well done! Prose smiles to share :-)

It reminds of both an Alanis Morissette song and also of me. Throughout the years I have been gradually losing the ability to see things and then write them down. But unlike you I don't feel too happy about it. It sort of shows me that the older I am, the more insensitive I become and it also reflects that my priorities have changed, to boot.

I admit I enjoyed the first part more than the second taking into account that I felt peculiarly disappointed by reading that you felt glad about it. Don't take me wrong though because it's nice to read you feel great :)

    Warm regards,

    Ethan Brody
