dotsWhat can I do but thank you 2dots

    How Your Silence deafens me.
    I strain my ears
holding them close to my heart
waiting for your still small voice.
    But your silence prevails.

So I curl up in your silence
I get as close to it as I can
    Oh You are the silence!
    A solid silence!
    An all pervading silence!
    A peace in the stillness
    of silence.
    Warmth and love
    come from embracing You.

She taught me silence was rejection
A weapon, a knife to wound with.
A punishment, a removal of love.

    But you are here also.
    Faithful and true.
    Still holding me,
    sustaining me
    without words.

    Your all encompassing presence
never leaves me or foresakes me.

What can I do but thank you!

The theme is great and unique. I enjoyed comprehending your poem. Silence has a magical power and it conveys vehemently than words. I have a little confusion- who is She in the poem.

Also thanks for going over my work.
