    dotsSpring Gives Me Hopedots
    -------------------------------------------

    Springs approaching,
I smell it in the air,
I put on my violet shorts,
And tie up my unruly hair.
Time to shed of those layers,
    Winter had brought on,
    My mental clouds disappear,
    In the shining sun.
    I smell honeysuckle,
I hear laughter in the breeze,
I feel the wind whip through my hair,
    With a certain ease.
    Winter was dry and heavy,
    A little heart breaking too.
    But spring gives me hope,
    A beautiful time to renew.
