You wake up, technology ever growing,
Social scenario the I, Myself, and me,
No room to envison our emotional knowing,
Where is the world view others account to see?

    Egocentric is systemic,
So start placing your feet in others shoes,
Feel all of the true pressures that stick,
The effect that linger due to ones we lose.

A home to some, a battelfield for others,
    Now can we relate?
Your conflicts between your father or mother?
Can you feel where resentment turns to hate?

Childhood abuse, corruption of private space,
    Sexual persuasion, to sexual assault,
Try to feel where our anger seems to displace,
Praying on shortcomings? Who's at fault?

    Deceptive, human imperfections,
Living resolve to this life we live,
In all efforts to fulfill world's expectations,
Let us not ever forget to give.

    Give unto others...
    Give our intentions to others...
    Give our positive regard...to others...

this is a very busy piece.

where is the world view, put yourself in other shoes, home/battlefield, catholic church sex scandals/the pope situation, give unto...

quite an interesting progression of thought indeed.
i was worried it was headed toward a darker ending but you surprised me with your giving.

but i guess thats what you were trying to do now that i look at the title..

life really is all about perception. and understanding. and compromise.

some days we dont want to give unto others.
some days we dont want to acknowledge our home life isnt as "normal" as others.
some times we only want to look at shoes as they walk by rather than put ourselves in them and learn empathy.

    and yet...

if we were able to do more of that more often the world would be a different place.
there would be less people out to hurt others and more people out to understand.

    our last. positive regard.

    thats my last thought.

Be kind, take a few minutes to review the hard work of others <3
It means a lot to them, as it does to you.
