Red Rain: Awakening

I awaken to the blood pouring down my hands, an endless velvet stream as I yell in despair, as I can’t phantom what the fuck is going on? Red flashes of lights outside my window yet reflects its anger beam in my house, enhancing the dramatic scene already I have awoken to. My lover is not at my side as I sit up from bed, and clear my head on what is going on. Strong I tried to be, me not understanding where this blood is pouring from, I find no wound, no scar, and no body. I grab the doorknob but it won’t open, my blood filled hands made it slippery for me to grasp. At last, at last the door is opened, bright lights in the hallway night, shines on my face blinding me from every angle, every place. They yell, raise your hand… raise your mother-fucking hands…
