dotsDont fall in love with a writerdots
    -------------------------------------------

Dont fall in love with a writer
if you're planning on leaving soon
or if you know, in the end they
    are not meant for you.

    They will write about
every struggle you will put them through.
They will write about the memories
    and promises that you broke.

Dont fall in love with a writer
    because if you leave them,
    you will leave them destroyed
    Their emotions are always intensified.
Living will be a struggle without you
    by their side.

Dont fall in love with a writer
They wear their heart on their sleeve.
never fall in love with a writer,
    unless you are prepared
    to love them for eternity.

      I. Love. This. I really do, this is definitely a favorite, you completely captured the essence of every writer that's ever been in love. I could relate to this completely. I honestly think some of my best poems come from my broken heart. Probably for the reasons you stated above.
