    its easy to be alone
when i am the only one here
    open heart surgery
a chalk outline where my heart used to be
    an echo
    everytime i take a breath
    i am barely vocal
as my voice never seems to be more than a whisper
    to you
    and i wonder
    if your heart has decayed
    you fill nothing
    everything we stood for
    is empty
    un feeling
    and we can't turn back

I think me might of had a wee heart attack seeing your name on the log in. Good to see heart pace!

This one is so sad...the chalk outlining what is gone...highlighting imperfect with perfection but still the hollowness screams from this write.

You always frame these moments so well...my eyes have always appreciated them..truly!

Thanks for still sharing...and popping in so I could throw some silly comments on this 😁

    Peace you!
    Kelly
