    -------------------------------------------

I just long to be this person I am not
I ache to be someone inspirational
I long to be a hero
Someone whose heartache and misfortunes have in all actuality helped them to help others
I want to be stable in every sense of the word "Stable"
I wish to only have to work one job to pay these bills
    I want to motivate others
I wish to change my ways
I long to break bad habits

    I ache for so much
    I know its all possible
Yet the road I will be forced to walk seems a bit overwhelming
A constant up hill battle I am forced to go head on with

    Can I make it?
    Will I fall?
Am I alone in this journey?

You write with so much sincerity and heart. This is only the second one I've read but they are honest. You put your wishes/wants on the page and as a reader I felt them.

Thoughts on the gist, self improvement is a constant revolving door for there is always room for more to be accomplished. We are ever changing and it is not always easy but so worth the effort.

    Good job,
    Peace

A wonderful piece. All of us, at one time or another, have felt like the words in your poem. Keep pushing forward...there is always hope...

    Take care,

    Kelly

When you want something you've never had, you have to do something you've never done before. We cannot become what we need to be by remaining what we are.
A poem asking the obvious questions ey? Well I guess we all ask ourselves retorical questions from now and then, I guess them being black on white is fine as well.

Think Feedback more than Compliments :: [ Guidelines ]

    1. Be honest.
    2. Try not to give only compliments.
    3. How did it make you feel?
    4. Why did it make you feel that way?
    5. Which parts?
    6. What distracted from the piece?
    7. What was unclear?
    8. What does it remind you of?
    9. How could it be improved?
    10. What would you have done differently?
    11. What was your interpretation of it?
    12. Does it feel original?
