dotsA Wild Pack of Family Dogsdots
    -------------------------------------------

    She is soft but sturdy
    pure and pretty soulfully
    giving kindness
    a nature

    She is lovely
    in that she smiles
    most at meeting ends
    tying this world together

    She is quiet
    to listen and imply
    that nothing need be said
    in moments spent together

    She is an open book
    with brittle pages
    sensitive and shared
    with trust

    She is justice
    with a family in need
    she bears the weight
    she must

    She still finds time
    to talk to petty men
    suffering something
    she couldn't care about

    She is devout
    in that she blesses
    those who will it so
    setting quite the standard

    I've grown fond of her
as two wolves a pack of
    close comfort confiding
    in each other
