Hate and snot...thats a metaphor I havent encountered before. Quite apt, really. Theyre both nasty; both infectious; both are irritating to experience second-hand and downright miserable to experience first-hand. Entities worthy of assassination. But worse of they resemble me and worse still the person standing next to me. Hate can be so blind. Often better to love those close to you than flail about madly. Believe me I snotty get it to your in on they don't, but I'd rather make some in on you do. Gambit alluvium aloof impunity. Then again winter's cold rain can make a stand necessary.
