    -------------------------------------------

I felt the goodbye inside that kiss.
    Even more when I reminisce.
Like a love story's unhappy end.
A past tense love from way back when.

    Can love exist without commitment.
Im sure it does, yet it seems so different.
As much as we all say and do.
Im still stuck here loving you.

My vision's blurry from the deceit.
In emotional costumes; trick or treat.
I open my eyes to an emitting hope.
Like a blind man through a kaleidoscope.

Finally ive succumbed to the pressure.
Treat the cancer like a buried treasure.
Give me the strength to just let go.
A ray of light through disheartening cold.

Love is a feeling which does not require commitment and it happens naturally. Nobody can force it and it is difficult to let it go but time is the best healer. It is a good write.

Very well written, but heart wrenchingly sad

It means a lot to them, as it does to you.
