Sometimes we have to grow up
Leave all the silly childish beliefs behind
Spears, and caves, and animal flesh
    Camels, nomads, horses, buggies
    Planes, Trains and automobiles
The future is for the dreamers

Those who can dream like no child ever could
Those who can imagine like no one ever has
Whose beliefs are that in their humanity
    And in yours

We are not born of evil
We are the magic of the universe
    Of Evolution
    We are
    Human
    Good

    And we shall be great
When we can see each other as humans
    Not as labels

    As human
And we learn to walk on our own

This is a great social commentary to a world that would rather label and condem, that deal and appeal to the positive traits found. We have labels that hinder progress and the openness to free thought which is the catalyst to progress. Indeed we have regressed to a crawl, or a walker at the very least. The world would be a lovely place if our evolution was allowed to run free.

Sometimes we have to grow up

    Agree

Leave all the silly childish beliefs behind

    Hmmmm such as?

Spears and caves and animal flesh

    Noooo!

    Camels nomads horses and buggies

    Nooooo! Nevaaah!

I can agree with everything else, and well said.
However I believe it is a true value to keep a childlike mind and heart.
