I wrote this almost ten years ago. This is one of two poems I've written that I have memorized and I randomly thought about it the other day and I wanted to add it here so I have it just in case I forgot it.

    dotsDays Go Bydots

Days go by as lives are wasted,
    hearts are broken,
    fates are taken.
    Wives are widowed,
    kids abandoned.
On this earth, we all are stranded.
Are we living, or are we dying?
It all depends, we might stop trying.
There are heartless souls with cruel intentions.
Just live your life with definition.
Love is love without it sorrow,
what will come for us tomorrow?

We are treated to a ten year old poem. And you ask, what will come for us tomorrow? Well, here we are now in tomorrow. Walt Disney calls it Tomorrow Land, the land of promise. Has your tomorrow land lived up to its promise? Have they come for you?

sorrow shatters - all are lost
like billionaires who've weighed the cost
of every toy against each dream
buried like a cold hard seed...

Just some thoughts on your thoughts.
