    My foes affect me.
    My foes disturb me.
    My foes hurt me.
    My foes kill me.

    My friends build me.
    My friends soothe me.
My friends maintain my internal composure.
My friends bring success to me.
My friends show me the blissful path leading to eternal peace.

A continuous fray between my friends and my foes goes on.

My foes are my negativity, my jealousy, my anxiety, my stress and my prejudice.

My friends are my positivity, my compassion, my benevolence and above all my forgiveness.

It seems very repetitive, which may be the point but it sort of got boring to read after a few lines. It seems like it could be rewritten sort of how the second half is all one line and comma'd. It's an interesting read though.

Wow ramneet this was so different than your usual stuff. I really like it it was so dark compared to your usual stuff! Great read especially the bridge line that examples "the fray." Great job! One of my personal favourites of yours
