    -------------------------------------------

I know the darkness is inside me
I see it every time I close my eyes
blackness, the depths of which I cannot see through everyday life.
I fear that one day the darkness will explode,
will spew through my eyes and into the outside world like a volcano of ebony.

    Sometimes....
I see the hell inside of me
through the darkness I see flickers of light, of flame
Bright colours that tease in the blackness
Dancing in the shadows and calling me in.

These are the flames of hell
    the flames of my passion,
    the callings of the angels....

    Or maybe , just maybe.
    I'm sitting,
    in the dark,
in front of the TV with my eyes closed.....
