dotsHoney I Could Go On and Ondots
    -------------------------------------------

You have overheard his harsh tones
That I always take with ease
His hardness and his unbending posture mislead you to believe
I am living under some sort of opression
I must "put up with him" another day
Poor thing, and she doesn't deserve that are the things I hear you say
    Thank you for your concern
    Your well wishing and esteem
But the man I choose to be with is soft enough for me
With that absolute tone you overhear
He defends me to the masses
He works his back to the bone every day
So he can provide this house we live in
He is a King to his someday to be queen daughter
Best friend to the first of his two sons
And with another on the way
He went back to work another job
    Even though I may complain
And though it is quite obvious you don't see
This man who father to my children
    Is soft enough for me
For in every area he is without compromise
    I can rest safely
He has never let us down
    Or ever been unfaithful
Yes he is the reason I lead such a privileged life
The reason I get to watch my kids grow up
And now matter what you think you've seen
He is good, no better, the best, man enough for me

i can relate to this piece on the other end. I can at times be very demanding of the gal I love best. I'm often obsessive and can be explosive, but like your man, I'm never cruel or hurtful. For some of us its hard to keep ourselves quite with the ones we love. For me, its a fear that what they do or say will hurt them. So I tend to come on too strong. They, like you, understand and look at the heart and my character. That's al one can do. at the end of the day its just you and your husband. and thats all that matters.

    well done!
