    Description:
My days remain as they always have been... Busy - doing what needs to get done. Taking care what and whom needs taken care of... My nights have never been longer.....

Sleep has never been a luxury
Not something that is promised only assumed
For, within the darkness demons awaken
The monsters of the past come to play hide-n-go-seek
Never seem to hide well enough

Stuck within the nightmare all night long
Rewinding and play it through for days to come

Appearing as if jaundice – sleep and food depravity does not enter the equation

Sleep has never been a luxury
Not something that is promised only assumed
For, within the darkness demons awaken
The monsters of the past come to play hide-n-go-seek
Never seem to hide well enough

Reduced to the 12-year-old girl once was…
    Aching for that father figure
    Only wanting to be wanted

Within the darkness lost between fact and fiction
    Between…
    What was and what is

Sleep has never been a luxury
Not something that is promised only assumed
For, within the darkness demons awaken
The monsters of the past come to play hide-n-go-seek
Never seem to hide well enough

    Left trembling once awaken
Living in the present – however, living only in the past – the subconsciousness has the power

For, within the darkness demons awaken
The monsters of the past come to play hide-n-go-seek
Never seem to hide well enough
