         maybe it's that i want to visit
         
    yellowstone. the spirit, buoyed. heavy, with
         anticipation.





         2.


         who's to say.

         maybe it's overcast that afternoon, and you can't see the mountains.
         none of the animals are out.
         it's snowing, and i find out i'm really not
         an outdoor person.


         3.










    there's been a pile up. the greyhound's been held up. i'm late making my connection.

         i feel like i'm being judged - for what i have done
         at a bus stop.
