  The challenge here is to NOT SUBVOCALIZE whereupon one could become mentally tongue-tied.
I imagine that reciting this vocally could give at least a few of our 43 face muscles a bit of a workout, and considering the sagging condition of mine, that's a plus.

Can I refer to you henceforth as "Doctor Bruce"? I can pay in Dogecoin as soon as someone gives me some more or I actually buy some (pretty cheap currently). I gave most of my stack as "tips" already.
