       Sometimes its easy to forget.

Cracked to the core and seeping in moist energy,
    Emerge from self and breathe!
For there is yet life, warm jubilant life in every breath.
Sore but know that your work is done, aching muscles assure you.
Feel essence of life through essence of soul flow in lungs and mouth.
Dishearten not for though shady in appearance to each his purpose,
    never forget.
Breathe and never forget that there is life in each breath.
    Though hurt and bruised, breathe.
    Just breathe.

One thing I like about your poems is that it always has depth and more to it than meets the eye. This one is short, sweet and in my opinion says that life can still go on normally if you just breathe and forget a bad experience. Hope I didn't misinterpret it. Please let me know .. .

What a neat little piece. I love the word usage and the simple message you send...no matter what happens to you, you're still alive, so don't forget to breathe, because that will rehabilitate you and allow you to move on. Very nice. I can't say a bad thing about it.

Be kind, take a few minutes to review the hard work of others <3
It means a lot to them, as it does to you.
