Waltzing With Pigs -------------------------------------------
The pigs danced that night
In that pansy filled field
Over yonder by
The oak trees
They danced all night long and never got tired
she could see them again
And dance all day long but they don’t like that
For the daylight
Gives the stage fright
She loved how they were so friendly to her
She loved how she could feel their skin
And watch it glow pink in the moonlight
She grabbed them by their hands
And danced
She remembered them
So vividly
She could not wait till tonight
For they promised to be there again
She thought of new steps and twirls
That would make them smile
And her giggling in glee
She wanted everyone to be like that
The were of course all male
Because nothing more fun then dancing with guys
She drooled with excitement
And could not wait till dusk
Then she will prance merrily over
Through the woods
And over the grassy hills
And back over to the oak trees
Where she will spend the night
She couldn’t be happier
So there she went at the stroke of six o’clock
She ran with strong strides
For she worried if she were late
They think she’s not coming
And leave
Then her night would be a tragedy
Yet she ran with grace
Like a princess running to meet her prince
She just caught site of those oak trees
in the distance right in front of the sunset
But as she got closer she realized they weren’t there
They promised she thought
They have to be coming
So when she arrived at her long awaited destination
She sat with her arms around her knees
Holding them tight for she worried
That they would not come
After nine o’clock she realized that they will not show
And remembered that they were indeed pigs
Had their fun
And left her in an emotional sloppy mess

Got the hidden meaning. Impressed a guy wrote something like this, yet it is you. So, there's that exception. I really do like this and how you portrayed the whole thing with pigs and her. Yet the deeper meaning is there. Although, I'm nt going to state it. Other people need to guess. Don't wanna give it away. Good job! :o) ~Backup
She called remember them/ So vividly This fist line sticks out to me as a what did this mean type of line. Was called supposed to be recalled? or was she calling "remember then"? Either way without punctuation this line needs to be clearer in it's intent. There's always a group of pigs waiting to prey on the unsuspecting. jan
