    Tumbling Heartache

    My heartache is screaming,
    Being cut by your knife
    A heart beating so proudly,
    Now attacked by such strife

    Thereís nowhere to run now,
    And no place to hide
    It just lies there broken,
Near the top of the slide

    Keeps tumbling downward,
    While spewing its ware
    Still grasping my love,
    And the deepest of cares

    My heartbreak still screaming,
    From pain fresh and new
    My wounds are horrific,
    But Iíll always love you!

very strong use of the heart tumbling down the slide, really created a vivid image in my head. but i was a little shocked at the end when you still loved the person. i mean in reality i understand it, but it didn't seem like it fit with the poem. just a thought.

I think that once you have loved someone, no matter what they do to you, you will always still have some kind of love for them. This piece hits it right on the nose. They can walk all over you and you will still be there through it all.

It means a lot to them, as it does to you.
