    There's no word
    for the feeling
    of being
    emotionally hurt
    beneath consciousness.

    Your mind tells you not to be mad
    your body
    your hormones
    and emotions
    all scream a different message.

    Tears pour from your eyes
    as people tell you
    there was no reason
    to be mad in the first place.

    You understand that
    they don't understand that you do.

    You're left to
    understand mentally
    not be able to cope physically
    or tame emotionlly.

      I understand what you are talking about...the title helped me alot in understanding the whole thing. All in all, I liked the way you expressed things...very straightforward and plain. I think it works good with that kind of poem...hmmm. well, I can't think of anything really wrong with how you wrote it..lemonifresh0206 has a point with making things more mysterious, but I think this poem is fine how it is! Keep it up!
