A twinge of blue scrapes the horizon,
The mountains crash amongst the landscape
I see you,
You sit underneith and old oak,
Standing out in its subtle intricacies.
I walk to you,
You look as if I'm silently holding your future,
I hide the compassion " I Am"
I Stand above you, but feel so much lower,
Can i really do this to you?
I say the words,
they crash out of my mouth like shards of glass.
Stabbing your soul,
Leaving holes.
I turn, I slowly walk away,
Bitter about my actions,
The emotion is shown as black,
heartless,
Revealing the truth,
My heart acts unaffected,
but yours will never be the same,
Permanant,
My actions,
Not deliberant.
But my heart is a dried up lake,
No rush of the river flowing through it,
No kindness in the non-existant wildlife,
Just barren,
Aone..dead. |
