Description: I wrote this in case anything ever happened to me and my little brother and sister had no big brother (or as they call me beaner because blayner is the family nick name) so they could know how much i love them.
a big brothers word of advice -------------------------------------------
When your wanting or your needing
or your Falling or your crawling
if your Begging if your Pleading
and your Crying and your bawling
ill be there
or right here
ill always care
never fear
but a word of advice
to be with you
even if shes isnt nice
this applies to emma too
You can never ever
be too daring
smart or clever
this im sharing
i cant and wont
knock you down
im telling you
never frown
live your life
happy and free
despite the strife
thats the key
stand up tall
just let it shine
you cant fall
youll be fine
this i swear
things are right
but lifes not fair
i could die within the night
but if i do
this i promise you
ill remember every time
your two smiles made my whole world shine

You wrote a very kind poem that I enjoyed immensly. I have two older brothers, and though they're a pain I know that they would help me if I truly needed them. I'm also a big cousin, and that is very much how I feel towards them. My cousins' children are 3,4, and 6, and I feel like a mother bear when I'm around them. When Stephanie said that a few boys were teasing her when she started first grade, you can bet I was ready to take those twirps up and tie them to a flag pole. When Abby looks up at me, holds out her arms and says "UP" you bet I pick her up. When Tommy talks to me about animals, I'll go on for hours with him wondering whether or not horses have claws (he thought they did, I tried to dissaude them of that though I'm not sure if he believes me). It's very sweet and applies to many people. Also, it's original, I haven't seen a poem about big brothers carying for you so far in this site. Very nice. Keep up the good work Ashley
