    I can feel it inside
    The sickness unfolds,
    takes shape.
It consumes me again and again.
    Twisting, turning, writhing, worming...
    Oh it invades,
    Rapes me,
    Guilts me,
    Rusts me...
Mixes throughout my veins till my will is lost.
It seems I have forsaken my own body..........

Alright, I think it a pertinent to depression, maybe. At least that is what I got out of it... being betrayed by yourself, kinda make me think of the snowball effect that depression can have and how it is a cyclical thing because a person can't get undepressed, even though they know they are depressed.
The poem is OK, i think

As artists, creators and humans we have all been there...writhing...fighting ourselves. Like Al said, there is the point you are there and the point at which you decide to stay there or see how the writhing is like that of a young child raring to go but is limited to direction by confinement. Allow yourself to be free and the writhing will turn to flying! Love, Peace, Joy!
