I could have been completely different,
Had I just been born five minutes later-
    A new birthday,
    A new zodiac.
Not that I really believe in that nonsense,
    But its still interesting.
Do you think it would have mattered?
Or would I have this same shitty life,
    And the same shitty problems?
    Is anything predestined?

It's an interesting concept- how little things can affect everything- reminds me of the buutterfly effect actually, but the point seems to be overpowered with anger. Also, it wasn't very poetic in its nature. However, I didn't really like it, I thought it expressed it's message poorly.

hhhmmMmm. well maybe you would have been completely different... but from seeing this write you probly should be happy you are how you are, this is a deep thought/poem hybrid and i like stuff like this. i also have studied the zodiac for many reasons but i always say i dont totaly beleive that stuff too...lol.. i am only 25 but i have enought introspection and for sight to beleive that many things are predestined but we are not totaly with out the ability to shape our own destinies. take care and grow as a poet...=p

Lol, If you are 17, then you do not have a [censored]ty life for you have not yet lived. I know that may sound odd, but nothing is hopless untill you turn at least 25 :)

Hmm . . . I'm not really getting the point. Sorry, but I understand the part about the zodiac. You sound rather angry rather than depressed. I'm not saying its a bad poem, but its actually interesting. Try to edit it to get your point across a little better.

I think I know what you mean.. just the littlest things in life could make the biggest difference. I have actually thought about that to..what you have written, If I was just born a different tyme..place, day or just whatever-would things be different? I do that with just everything, with just a simple word or say or an action. I think that's the message you are gettin across, am I wrong?

I liked it though.. I think it could have been worded a little more differently maybe, but otherwise I'd say it's pretty good;)
