I'm sitting on my bed thinking about love......I'm in love.....and I'm dancing...and this feels good......I'm in love with everything and everything feels real real good....

I feel bad for those who let the little thigns pass you by and for those seeking love....do what I did....fall in love with the humming drums of your school marching band, or the winds that rush through the woods at night....fall in love with a silly song....a stuffed animal.....

anything.....I'm feelin good right now....like a bird who's just learned a new song

I think that purple socks was a perfect titel, and I think this poem was awesome. I love how you sorta disregard the fact that people think they need a physical person to be in love...you are like, nah! I love this so much.

I couldn't have said it better. Your last commentor hit hit the point. I too liked the sense of you talking in this, however it did die at the end. Seemed you had a good idea and a good opening but you coudln't quite figure how to close it. Please do not be dismayed by these comments, this piece has great potential work on it some. I would love to re read when you have done that.
