With a small axe
I smashed in the front of my TV.
Actually, I smashed the screen.
I was free, completely free.
And with superb confidence, I bought eight television sets.
I piled them one on top of the other in two stacks of four.
I knew I could beat one poem with another poem
So I thought I could beat one TV with another TV,
In fact, why not eight.
I turned them on
In complete control.
At first without sound
And I was just blown away by the pictures.
I could see the whole world in front of me.
I despised all of you who only watch one TV at a time.
You are complete suckers
While I am in command of eight.
I have attached two reins to each set
And I sit in my lounge with a four-pair in hand.
And we gallop right out the door.
Torie.
