Description: Believe it or not, I wrote this at home when I only had five minutes till I had to go to school today. I've only gotten 5 hours sleep and I'm still happy! Anyway, onta the poem!!
Forgive me . . . -------------------------------------------
Too vulnerable to see the truth
I though that I was immune to its effect
Never knowing what sort of twist would follow
I set out on the journey
To find my purpose here
But my childish innocence stopped me
From finishing the path I meant to go
All because of one tear falling down your face
And I didn't want to live with the regret
So take my hand
And I'll take you away from all this agony
To the place of purity and safety
For forgiveness for my wrong-doings
This is really good for the limited time you had. Very good actually. It says to me that you had so many dreams to pursue. But you were held back from all your dreams by people you had to take care of, the need to protect them. Thus, setting aside your goals and aspirations for them. A martyr's deed, truly. ~SirensSong~
