    dotssnowflake dreamsdots

    These snowflakes are dreams
    each one holds a memory
    encounters of us
    the crystalized passion
    it melts on your skin
    the instant it touches
    designs of the sky
    our pattern of love
    gentle and delicate
    but an ominous cloud
    grey dark and looming
    shadow of doubt

    these raindrops are tears
    each one a lost hope
    flooding the ground
    unwanted goodbyes
    jealous eyes
    every one that falls
    impacts with a greater intensity
    drowning out the affection
    remember that like all storms
    this one will pass
    and in its place
    will be a rainbow

I really enjoyed reading this and thought you used some very good metaphors and images to get your meaning across - and I love that the end is optimistic and upbeat!

Hey, nice ending. I thought the poem was kind of gonna stay along the lines of being sorrowful but it really patched up nicely there at the end. Very well written, you should be proud of this one. It's going in my favorites...
