My heart says hold on tight,
    don't ever let him go.
My head says let the dam down,
and let the bad memories flow.

    My heart says one day,
his soul will yearn for me.
My head says to move on,
    what's gonna be will be.

    My head is speaking,
but it's hard for me to hear.
My heart is so much louder,
and it's words are much more clear.

To feel and to taste him,
My heart says he's my fuel.
    The heartbreak and the tears,
My head says I'm a fool.

With my head in the sand,
and my heart no my sleeve,
I'm holding on with all I have,
I'm trying so hard to believe.

Nice 'lissa, another one of my fav's. I really like the line- "My head says let the dam down,
and let the bad memories flow."
You are becoming better as I speak.
A few mistakes like "a heart no my sleeve"
    Just spelling and such.
    Great Write,
    Forever and always,
    Big Bill
(p.s. If you hadn't already, come see the new works. :O) peace. )
