Standing in the center of a ring
    relied on for her consistency
ability to keep it bottled for so long
    so long, so long.

    Separating feelings
    for fear of disappointment
the cage can only hold the tiger for so long
    so long, so long

faces upon faces upon faces upon faces
    watching in anticipation
excitement in seeing another fall down
    laugh happy laugh

Its only when the lights go out
shine off this glad faced girl
    the one they never expected
    crashing crashing

a tear to break the mold
a sob to crack the ice
a feeling to shatter the glass
    pressure pushes all

      I like this poem.

I really ejoyed the first and last stanzas. They were the best. They really made it good. Keep it up.

This sounds very much like a Linkin Park song. But don't take that as an insult, I admire the amount of personality within it.

"a tear to break the mold

a feeling to shatter the glass
pressure pushes all"..this adds such a delicate touch to the entire poem that it's simply amazing. I loved it.
