Flowers in the attic,
may only grow dust in time,
be coated with age,
and turn grey with grime.
Flowers in the attic,
Forgotten for so long,
Amidst the endless clutter
Where they don't belong.
Flowers in the attic,
Are forever locked away,
With the fading memories,
Also turning grey.
Flowers in the attic,
Hidden from my view,
I'm locking up the visions,
Of when I still held you.
Flowers in the attic,
Perhaps will never die,
Even though you're packed away
My heart will always cry.
