I talked to a friend yesterday. Told me about her new man, his name is Shay. They've been together for a little while. So you know with this new found love, she's going wild. She told me about this friend he had, a little cute, kind of slutty, shit maybe she was bad. Now she mad. This heffa likes her man, but she just cant understand. Why is it everytime when we good girls get a man, his female friends all of the sudden want to take his hand. Be all over him, and give him the eye. Before he was with you, shit they wouldnt even try. I told her, dont worry, this happened to me too. See im datin a senior, how many years younger am i?- Two So every female that he ever tried, saw me on his arm, and gave me the evil eye. "She's too young, are you rapiest?" These are the things they say. Little do they know, he can get it any time, any way. Its mutual, the love me and him have. They thought the things they said, would have made me sad. Be we raised above it, it didnt make us mad. They cant tear us down, evil stares, and mean frowns. Who are they to judge who we are? Just because we hold our heads high towards the stars. We dont care about what they say, our love is here to stay. So i told my friend, dont worry about her. Your wifey to him, he really dont mean nothing to her. Its an envy thing you have to understand. Females get jealous, when their male freinds, becomes some one else's man. So brush her off, and dont worry, He'll look at her, and run to you in a hurry. Be strong, keep holding on, and always make sure you look good on his arm. All they're gonna do is hate on you. So watch his friends, watch them closely. Dont get too paranoid, dont get to nosey. Trust him with all you got. But please beleive, no one can take your spot. |
I can remember this happening when I was in high school, too, but it was the other way around. The guys in my class didn't make any advances toward me until the found out I was dating a guy from a neighboring town and I brought him to a football game. Suddenly, the next week, I had all of these guys commenting on the marks on my neck and saying things like, "What, your own classmates aren't good enough for you or something?" and asking me for my school picture and for my phone number and stuff. Not a single guy had been interested in me until they saw me with someone else that wasn't "one of them" and now I had them coming at me in droves...it made me laugh. Ah, well...the grass is always greener on the other side, as they say, right? LOL | Posted on 2005-06-23 00:00:00 | by Emerging Soul | [ Reply to This ] | |
