I wrote this out of complete whim.. ... It is not too good I think..........but as the title suggest it has got something to do with this place in a dream............

    dotsIn The Land Of Noddots

Words spoken at the end of a dream
From a hidden corner along the forest side
Where lives flow by in a blood red stream
For ages and centuries here the memories bide
Wispy fog floating through the trees of life
As the specter of the night at daylight
While death and life engage the survival strife
The kingdom of hearts poised upon a flight
The rivulets running high into the grove
Sacred by her steps as she walks unshod
Spring to the river through the grassy cove
An opening into the lake as it lay broad
The wind beating hard, the trees as they sway
A place in the memory where she once lay

The Land of Nod is a place i dearly wanna go... it sounds like a place straight out of a fairytale... my kinda place... I was very impressed by how well this flowed and rhymed. especially, like you said, since it was written on a whim... I wish my whims were this artistic, majestic is a better word... huh, i enjoyed this so much i'm gonna make it a favorite, and check out some more of your whimsical and less whimsical pieces... I look forward to it... thanks for allowing me to steal away to another place this mornin... it's always a good time... Take care my friend... and have fun havein fun
